At Future Nexus, we strive to offer transparent and flexible payment options for our clients. Please review our payment policy to understand how we handle transactions, refunds, and other financial matters.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Billing Cycle
Our services are billed on a depending on the service you choose. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Late Payments
At Future Nexus, we value your business and appreciate your timely payments. We expect all invoices to be paid on or before their due date.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the due date. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination. We will send reminders before taking any action to ensure you have ample time to make the payment.
Invoices delinquent past 28 days are subject to account termination. If your account is terminated due to a delinquent invoice, all data associated with the account including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.
Currency and Tax
All prices are listed in USD. Clients are responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by their local jurisdictions.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any concerns about a payment or invoice, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and amicably.
